You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Custom-made or specially ordered products are non-returnable, unless defective.
Returns due to incorrect ordering or change of mind may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at support@cybersling.shop to request a Return Authorization.
Package the item securely, including all original documentation.
Send the item to the return address provided by our team.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
